Pradeep Jeganathan is a Senior Fellow at the International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES) in Colombo, Sri Lanka and editor of the centre's scholarly journal Domains. He has worked on problems in the "anthropology of violence" in the past, and directs at ICES Colombo, a research project that examines the relationship between melancholia and nationalism. Dr. Jeganathan is currently a visiting Professor of anthropology at the New School University, New York.
